Art. 1: General Conduct
Treat all participants, staff and artists with respect.
Any harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event, without refund.
Follow the instructions of the event staff and the venue rules.
Avoid damaging the venue, furniture and other property.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Art. 2: Safety Guide
Follow the protocols and instructions of the staff, including in the event of evacuation.
Access to certain areas is restricted for the safety of participants.
It is forbidden to bring weapons, dangerous objects or illegal substances.
Alcohol consumption is only allowed to those over 18 years of age from authorized sources.
Art. 3: Use of Equipment and Goods
Event equipment (sound systems, sets, props, etc.) must be handled with care.
Any damage will be invoiced.
Please check your purchased items before leaving the venue. Refunds will not be issued later.
Art. 4: Code of Respect
Zero tolerance policy towards violence or vandalism.
Community support – every child and parent counts.

Access Regulations – Friends Kids’ Festival
General Information Friends Kids’ Festival is an event dedicated to families, with recreational, artistic and educational activities for children and parents. Participation in the festival implies compliance with these access regulations.
Art. 5: Event Program and Public Access
Public access is based on a valid ticket, scanned at the entrance.
Access is allowed starting with the time announced in the official program.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Art. 6: Access with Tickets
Each participant must present a valid ticket, electronic or printed.
Tickets are transferable. The person to whom the ticket is transferred must present proof of purchase (ticket or confirmation email).
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
In the event of postponement of the event for reasons beyond the organizer’s control (e.g. severe weather), tickets are NON-refundable and remain valid for the rescheduled date. In the event of a definitive cancellation of the event, the money will be fully refunded.

This event is subject to obtaining the necessary license(s).
In the unlikely event that the license is not approved, the ticket price will be fully refunded.
Access to the venue is limited to the maximum authorized capacity of 4,999 people (including audience, staff, artists and collaborators). The organizer reserves the right to stop access when this limit is reached.
Art. 7: Wheelchair or Disabled Access
The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.
Guide dogs are accepted, provided that a supporting document is presented.

In the event that, for operational, safety or administrative reasons, the event is relocated to an alternative location located no more than 30 miles from the originally announced location, tickets will remain valid for the new location and will not be considered eligible for a refund.

The organizer will communicate the new location and all relevant information in a timely manner through official communication channels.

Art. 8: Access with Pets
Access with pets is NOT allowed.
Exception: guide dogs for people with special needs.
Art. 9: Prohibited Objects
Sharp objects, weapons, prohibited substances, glass bottles, outside alcohol.
Own sound systems or any device that may disrupt the event.
Bags or backpacks larger than A4 size (21 cm x 29.7 cm) are not permitted, except in cases where they are necessary for medical reasons or for childcare. All permitted bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
Art. 10: Food and Beverages
Bringing food and beverages from outside into the event premises is strictly prohibited.
Exception: food and beverages intended exclusively for babies and young children are permitted.
The organizer reserves the right to check luggage upon entry to ensure compliance with these regulations.
Any prohibited products discovered upon entry may be confiscated or access may be denied.
Checks will be carried out by authorized personnel (SIA), and refusal to cooperate may result in refusal of access to the premises, without reimbursement.
Art. 11: Smoking and Alcohol Consumption
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Alcohol consumption is only allowed for persons over 18 years of age, only from authorized sources on the premises.

Art. 12: Image Rights and Media Recording

By attending the event, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings and live broadcasts may be captured during the festival for promotional, marketing, archival and media purposes.

These materials may be used by the organizer, partners, sponsors or accredited media across:

• social media platforms
• websites
• promotional campaigns
• printed materials
• television or online media

Parents or legal guardians attending with children consent to the possible appearance of minors in general crowd photographs or video recordings taken during the event.

If a participant does not wish to appear in close-up identifiable images or recordings, they should notify the organizer or media team during the event.

The organizer will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests where practically possible.

Art. 13: Participant Behavior
Participants must adopt a civilized and respectful behavior.
